
Renowned guitarist and composer Timo Tolkki has just released the lyric video for his latest single, “Soul of the World“, which features a special guest appearance by bassist Jari Kainulainen, former member of STRATOVARIUS. The track is the second release from the highly anticipated solo album “Classical Variations and Themes 2: Ultima Thule”, which is now available for purchase on the digital platforms Bandcamp and iTunes Store. The lyric video was conceived and produced by Anderson Bellini, director of the documentary Andre Matos – Maestro do Rock. The album is scheduled for release on October 1st, 2024 by Finland Entertainment Productions.
With “Soul of the World,” Tolkki reinforces his signature style, combining elements of melodic metal and classical music. The collaboration with Kainulainen brings a nostalgic energy to STRATOVARIUS fans, recalling the musical chemistry between the two musicians.
